Artwork description:

Hand-printed etching of 96 abstract drawn noses, inspired by Russian writer Nikolai Gogol's short novel 'The Nose'.

Printed using a zinc plate, hand-etched into by myself with an added aquatint. The plate is then inked up and passed through a press to produce one unique print.

Printed onto Somerset Velvet Antique (off-white) 300gsm paper, using black ink with hints of prussian blue.

Due to the nature of etching, each print will vary in it's tone, colour and ink distribution.
