Truly, this Ninety Degree series keeps on bringing joy. They’re gratifying for me to paint and, and they make everybody else happy too. These pieces are in my DNA, being a former architect and spending so many formative and adult years drawing right angles. When I add color to these pieces rather than adding lines to blue prints, they’re great before we even contemplate bricks and mortar. 90.17 ° has some metallic gunmetal quasi-rectangles, and ultra fine work using acrylic paint pen. How about some gobs of paint right from the tube and hard pastel marks. It’s all protected with non-yellowing varnish to keep that bright pigment intact. Equally refreshing hung horizontally or vertically, 90.17 ° will get you thinking about texture, pigment, and geometry, as it intersects with the ergonomics of tool and media in hand.

The deep 1-1/2" museum mount edges of 90.17 ° are painted as 3D extensions of the main image. Your piece arrives prewired, ready to hang.
