50 shades of GREEN is a painting inspired by the rolling fields and landscape I am surrounded by in Co.Wicklow Ireland..
The varied greens of The fields, hedgerows and Trees always amazes me and in this painting I gave the sky a slight turquoise hue to add to the effect...The way the light or shadows cast by clouds race across the landscape highlighting or darkening areas is also another favourite subject of mine...
For me this painting captures the atmosphere of a sunny spring day...
This painting is oil on board and comes presented mounted on an off white mount board and wrapped in a cellophane sleeve with a bio/info sheet and an signed certificate of Authenticity
