According to Willy Weather the temperature was 5 feels like 2. What anything feels like is in the eye of the beholder. What may be Hell to someone could be Heaven to another and I wonder whether Heaven and Hell might actually be the same place or even both at the same time. In this case, I was happy to be out but as I stood jotting this scene I became frozen stiff!
