Original artwork description:

2nd Concerto is a semi-abstract painting of a string quartet with a pianists. The pianists is waiting for the progress of the musical piece that requires her instrument to join in.
This work is more than abstract paintings. While the first impression may be that it is simply explorations of shape and colour, it soon becomes apparent that there is in fact something familiar in the design of the work. Continuing with the early abstract tradition of using reality for the departure point for creating works and combining this with a sensibility that finds beauty in music beyond just the sound.

2nd CONCERTO is a one-of-a-kind original work of art. It is produced using India ink and acrylic paint. I have stayed with my usual pallet of warm “earthy” colors.
The painting is signed on the front and comes with a signed certificate of authenticity.

This painting will be shipped rolled in a tube. I include complete mounting instructions.
