Original artwork description:

This piece is made from carefully collected and arranged pieces of vintage map, charts and atlas. They are hand bonded onto wood then laser cut into 1000's of dots. I spend time sorting and arranging. The dots are then assembled by colour and fixed in this geometric composition combining them with gold leaf.

Comprising of 1024 map dots.

I make each one of these to order so each is unique.

The piece comes ready framed in this black box frame with a museum quality UV perspex glaze to protect the artwork from fade.
