An original oil painting of mountains.

This art, inspired by Cumbria catches a valley with mountains just after a rain shower as the sun comes out again.

I have used oil paints here to create a subtle blend of colour and light. Using thicker oils I have added craggy aspects and textures. This painting is from my oil collection of last year, from a mountain art exhibition.

Varnished in a glossy finish and strung at the back for hanging. The edges of the canvas are painted white.
