No stretcher-bar included. While framing the painting, approximately 5-7 cm of each side should be considered as a deduction on the final result. After stretching the canvas on a stretcher-bar the sides will be in relevant colors, so there is no need for an additional frame.
To have the painting stretched is a relatively inexpensive process from your local framer.

5 centimeters of extra canvas around the image area to wrap around the stretcher bars.
