This painting was inspired by the stillness of the water. I walked by the lake with a head full of thoughts and was marveled by its stillness. I loved the silence and for a moment got confused and threw a pebble to be sure if it is an illusion....

Wanted to just capture that moment as a semi abstract painting.

Can we ever stay so calm? Maybe we can! We just need to surrender and learn from nature...

It was painted with professional acrylic paint on canvas . The sides of the canvas is painted and is gallery wrapped with the staples located on the back and are ready to hang. The canvas is 1.5 cm in depth which means you do not need a frame for displaying purposes.

Paintings are signed and dated only on the back of the canvas. If you wish to have a signature on the front as well, please let me know prior to it being shipped .
