Wonderful piece, as colorful and pleasing in person as in the photos. Both my nieces have let me know they would like to have it in case I'm feeling generous. My only small concern would be that the artist used a canvas that does not wrap all the way around to the back of the stretcher bars. So if one looks closely at the sides the staples are visible under the paint. And since this piece has European sizing, getting a frame in the US means ordering a custom size. I have chosen to hang it as is because few people will look closely enough to notice the staples. Overall a wonderful value, well packaged, shipped promptly, and beautiful on my wall.

The Canada Post strike caused a delay in the painting's arrival, but it eventually arrived. I am very pleased with this abstract artwork and loved it enough to have it framed. It is even more visually striking in person, The technique reminds me a little of Jackson Pollock.

Overall a very positive experience dealing with this gallery, despite the initial confusion of the expected delivery date being recorded as the same as the despatch date, and a further delivery update, I think sent in error, that the painting had arrived in New York on its way from Armenia to the U.K. Nevertheless the painting was despatched very quickly and received within a perfectly acceptable timescale of 11 days. The painting was very safely and securely packaged to ensure it arrived in perfect condition. The painting was exactly as described with a very true depiction of colours on the website image. I am delighted with the painting which is exactly as I had hoped. Thank You.

The way Kamo Atoyan depicted the post-rain morning light in this painting is what first captured me on the computer screen, but the effect of the actual painting is many times better. Hranti, the manager of the gallery, is very nice to deal with and tried her best to provide a good service we believe. However, the picture arrived some weeks after its due delivery date - the carrier in Armenia appears to be the problem here. Hranti very kindly re-imbursed the shipping charges however. Additionally, the picture was not, as described, ready to hang. The canvas had been visibly stapled to a simple softwood frame (rather than stretched around it) and was therefore unsightly and unsuitable to hang. To remedy this we are having the picture framed (costing us a further £90) which was not our original intention. Having said all this, we are very happy with picture itself and feel sure it will look excellent in its new framing.

Dear Alan, thank you very much for cooperating with us. I was also surprised by the slight delay in the delivery. Usually, deliveries to the UK take 12-18 days, this time I think it took about 1 month due to logistics overloaded. Since this is unacceptable for me, I decided to return the shipping cost. After your comments, from now on we will post the photos of the pictures from the side, so that it is clear for the buyer in what condition he will receive the picture. Also, we will do everything to ensure that the canvases are stretched from the back, and the sides of the picture are painted, so that there is no need for a frame. Thank you once again

Listed as ready to hang, but it wasn’t. It didn’t have any hardware attached for hanging seller then said it needed to be framed first. That’s not “ready to hang.” And I had to pick it up at the post office, as a signature was required. That’s the first time I’ve had to pick up a delivery from any Artfinder vendor at the post office.

Lovely painting, quick delivery and great packaging. It was listed as ‘ready to hang’ but in fact the sides of the canvas are unfinished, with staples visible - so in theory it needs a frame to be ready to hang. I didn’t hear anything from the seller until the painting was delivered, but that’s only a small quibble. Overall, pretty happy.

I have a number of pieces of Karen’s work. All very different . The Ostrich seems absolutely real. So cleverly executed but so lifelike . I think Karen is extraordinarily talented. If I could afford to I’d buy them all. All art lovers should have at lest one piece of Karen’s work. Totally unique.

This is the second times I’ve purchased a painting from the Narinart Art gallery and I was extremely satisfied with the process both times. The estimated delivery date given is realistic and indeed the second painting arrived 5 days earlier than predicted. The paintings are packaged very carefully before being sent and communication with the seller is always easy and prompt. The painting itself is just as beautiful as on the website and we’re thrilled with it - no photo available yet though as it’s currently being framed. Very good painting by Artsrun Asatryan! Pictures online were accurate and I'm definitely happy with the overall experience. Delivery was slightly slower than promised but that's not a bid deal as customs clearence etc. takes little extra time here. Very safely packed inside styrofoam casing.

Shambles. Still not received painting and just excuses from the seller. Not at all happy. I have successfully purchased many paintings from Russia, USA, Europe and have NEVER had this amount of stress, or had to wait so long.

I do not know how long it takes you to get the pictures from other countries, but it takes 15-25 shipping days from our country which is clearly written in the description of the picture. Depending on the presence of coronavirus, it may take 5-10 more days․ I have not violated any terms, but we do not like to upset our customers so I asked you to return the shipping cost, which will be when I receive the money for the picture, and you will receive the shipping cost. After all this you wrote us bad review and I don't know why. You must check our shipping terms, You did not do that and blame us for late delivery․ You ordered 8th May + 3 days for paperwork (We get a special permit from the Ministry of Culture, which takes 2-3 working days, you will see stamp in package when you get it), + 25 shipping days as written in our description. You will get the picture on 6th June. You are the first buyer to complain about our services and we also respect and take note of your decision․

An absolute work of art, i actually had a artist that i purchased 5 paintings from, paid her to do a custom painting, so she ended up scamming me with the money and painting. Really lovely piece of art! Nice piece for my collection! It took a long time to get here because of COVID restrictions and delays, but the seller was in touch with me every step of the way and that was appreciated. When I got it (since i bought a ready-to-hang piece), the back of the canvas wood piece was bent and sort of warped so it wouldn't hang flush on the wall so I had to go to a framing place to get it fixed, but I blame that on shipping and how far it had to go and how long it was stored by the airlines and not on the seller.

Highly recommend this seller. My painting was lost for a bit because of the Covid madness. The seller communicated with me the entire time, offered a refund, and is giving me a free small portrait from the artist. This is all without mentioning how beautiful the artwork is. I love my picture, its small but perfectly formed. Due to the corona virus it took a while to travel to me, but it was worth the wait. Contact with the seller was excellent. The painting is wonderful, the colours and textures bring it to life. The thickness of the paint means that light catches the image and gives it a 3D effect. The painting was well packed.

This sweet 'Little Girl' linocut print is very appealing and is also very topical now, peering out the window, as the Covid19 lockdown amplifies the question as to who may really be in the fish tank. I found the gallery easy and friendly to communicate with too.

I couldn't love this painting any more than I do. It's absolutely beautiful! The subtle contrast of light and dark, the woman's expression, and the colors are perfect. The painting has an emotional quality to it, which really draws you in. The artist, Hrant, was a joy to work with, and I will definitely purchase another piece from him. Thank you, Hrant! The reason why I gave only two stars for delivery and packaging is because it took forever to arrive, over six weeks, and the framing company in Georgia that Artfinder's uses, caused slight but noticeable damage to a section of the painting. I will go to an art restoration shop for repair, and Artfinder's has agreed to reimburse me for the charges.

I received my painting in less time than was told considering how far it had to travel I consider that excellent. I had good communication from Nrant and I absolutely love my painting! It is the perfect size and it is a truly wonderful piece of art I have never bought an original painting before and have been looking for sometime for just the right one. I thank Kamo Atoyan for doing this for me. I am proud to own such a beautiful piece of art that speaks to my love of art. I was nervous about buying art online but Artfinder made it possible for me to find, buy and receive and enjoy an original art painting. Thank you so very much. Absolutely love the painting. Disappointed that when I opened the box, the frame was dangling off the painting. I had to re-staple the tabs that held the painting to the frame. In all fairness, he did say in a message that something always seems to happen to the frame when mailed. All the other paintings came in framed with no issues. That is my only beef.

Communication was great packaging was unique but very well done. The paintings were beautiful and I enjoy having them in my home and office. The only thing is that most of the works will require a frame. They're not painted black edges or finished in that way.

Thank you Mr. Simon for your review. About size - Before I sent the image, I wrote to you that I was mistaken in size, and I wanted to know your answer, but you did not write. Then I wrote to Artfinder, I asked them to contact you and tell me the answer, and they said that you agree that I sent you this picture on such a size. I was ready to give you $ 10 for that, and I also told Artfinder about it․ I apologize for this misunderstanding․

painting was good supposed to be ready to hang but the painting wasn't finished on the sides
