The painting is lovely, though a lighter than it looked in the photograph online, so not quite what I'd expected to receive. Still, the piece still works and I'm happy to have it. Unfortunately it was packaged in cardboard that was a lot larger than the art itself, so by the time I received it, the couriers had bent it and a corner is folded over with the paint chipped. This could have been avoided, I imagine, if it had been packed tightly in cardboard of the right size, since it was sliding around in the packaging it came in. Despite these things, a good experience and Zoe was very communicative and eager to get the art to me promptly.

Thank you for your review Kate, and your patience with the appalling service from parcel force on this delivery. I’ve requested evidence of the damage to see if we can escalate as the painting was packaged in not only cardboard but bubble wrap and plastic wrapping, so the bend must have resulted from extremely rough handling. I’m sorry the colour palette is not quite as you imagined - I took a picture of the paining in good light. I hope you enjoy all the same and I will investigate the quality issues you flagged caused in transit.

Zoe was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I bought 3 paintings at once and so the postage was a little cheaper than buying each one separately and she was so kind and helpful, really prompt with replying to messages and arranging the shipment of the painings. The paintings are much more beautiful, delicate and impactful in person than in the photos, which is normal for any artwork - but always such a pleasant surprise when you do receive them. Everything was very well packaged and I am so incredibly happy with all three. I have had some really great feedback from visitors, all being equally impressed by each piece of art. Highly recommend!

I bought three paintings from Zoe, including one commissioned piece and two already on the site. These latter two pieces arrived promptly after purchase, beautifully wrapped with a handwritten note for each intended recipient (my in-laws) explaining more about each piece. The paintings themselves were even more striking in real life than in the images online. Then for the commissioned piece, Zoe kept me up to date with developments and was really clear on the direction she was considering, giving me options along the way. The result is a beautiful piece that hit my brief perfectly and will hold pride of place in my home.
