Kristin, I am glad that you finally received the painting and that you liked it. I am relieved. When you get it framed, please consult with a framer for the best outcome. I do highly recommend at least 3 inch width mat for the painting. Since it is a watercolor, it should be protected by glass or plexiglass. Hope you will enjoy it for a long time. Thank you, Yoshiko

Yoshiko Murdick is a truly talented artist. She intuitively understands the rare and fragile beauty of the Florida landscape and captures this in her works. The dreamy image depicted in this painting is best described as "quiet beauty". The colors she uses tend to be muted and cool but the painting gives the viewer an overall feeling of warmth and serenity. Painting arrived promptly, well packaged and beautifully framed.
