Yaroslav invites us into his painterly time-space, where he returns to his travel destinations in his memories. With his statement, he allows the viewer to feel his own returns to exotic countries, which inspire him in his work and give him impulses for other subjects. Yasenev is a third-generation artist, painting is in his blood, it was destined for him, as he was born into an artistic family. Art is his life and mindset, which does not allow him to deviate from his path. He paints landscapes and panoramas of cities, which are inspired by beautiful fragments of urban corners and nature. In every traveling country or city, he is inspired by the old architecture, the evening lights of the big city, the beautiful unique nature and the very people who are a part of it. It maps the traffic world of people, relationships and passion for travel...

A series of works was created during the quarantine. Circumstances that forced us to travel through the space of our inner world, gave a certain impetus to self-knowledge. Inwardly, in the memories, you begin to return to various exotic countries, finding in them yourself and the plots of your future paintings. Light and minimalist, the works allow the viewer to feel the author's memories and inspire chilly. The series is directly related to previous works, but this project gives warm summer feedback. At the time of creation, I wanted every connoisseur of art, looking at my painting, to be able to relax as much as possible and at least for a moment to be on the warm coast of the ocean.

"A4, ballpoint pen" without exaggeration can be called one of the most ambitious art projects in modern Ukraine, because it has been going on for 13 years and during this time has united under its auspices more than half a thousand authors: masters of contemporary art, amateurs, writers, poets, musicians, architects , couturier and just creative personalities. The collection of the project has more than 4500 works and is considered the largest collection of works with a ballpoint pen in the world. Among the authors of the project are such famous artists as Apollonov, Babak, Roitburd, Ralko, Chichkan, Bevza, Zhivotkov, Isupov, Krivolap, Bludov, Volokitin, Gusev, Reunov and others. The project is developing rapidly, gaining more and more supporters and is open to new ideas and names .

A new exhibition of works by the Ukrainian artist Yaroslav Yasenev, called Earthly and Heavenly Love, can already be viewed today in the ABC-art gallery in Kiev.

In his works, the artist depicted reproductions of paintings by famous artists: Titian, Albrecht Durer and Sandro Botticelli in outer space. He claims that this kind of creativity is aimed at finding philosophical meanings.

The picture with which it all began is earthly and heavenly Love, in which I combined space and love. After all, love is great, unknown and limitless, like the cosmos. In another work, I connected Adam and Eve with space, because it was from space that life on Earth began, and our life began from Adam and Eve. Another of my paintings The Birth of Venus also addresses the creation of the universe. I combine space with paintings that address the theme of the beginning, - Yaroslav Yasenev comments .
