About Yana Ros

  • Biography

"Painting for me is a process of meditation, I can forget about the time involved in working with colors and my thoughts. Art is like a music, you hear it inside of you and try to express with mediums. And I`m happy when it receives a response from the audience, goes in resonanse with them".

Yana Ros is a professional artist, who was educated both at the  Classical Academy and the Academy of contemporary Art. These knowledges help her to achieve high-quality performance of paintings in a contemporary interpretation.

Her style is characterized by a fusion of elements of traditional art and a modern approach, often exploring themes related to identity, culture, and emotions.

Yana Ros, a painter steeped in the introspection of meditation, translates the symphony of human emotion onto canvas. She harnesses the human form and face, invoking the subtleties of expression through a dance of color and movement. Her works pulse with the captured essence of beauty, echoing the profound narrative each gesture conveys.

Yana Ros's work is distinguished by its by a combination of the decorative and figurativee. Her works often play with shapes and colors in a way that conveys deep emotions and concepts, and my art can be seen as an exploration of inner experiences, sensory perceptions, and cultural dynamics. She use a bright color palette and fluidly stylized forms that sometimes draw influences from the Russian tradition but also from international contemporary art.
