A while back I got diagnosed with congestive heart failure.  Consequently I had a number of echo cardiograms.  I was amazed by these images.  Seeing ones heart beating in real time is pretty fascinating.  So I was intrigued by these images. At this point in life I had pretty much given up image making.  So a few years later I woke up one morning and I wanted to make images again.   I had spent several hours just staring at the water and the light in the swimming pool from my terrace. So that is where I began making images.   Upon reviewing the images I began to see all these interconnections with my echoes.  Body cells nerve connections and all these beautiful things inside our bodies was right there supplied by nature in the water and light.  Nature actually made the art I just merely framed it.
