About Warren Faye

  • Biography
I love to provoke a thought. The most rewarding thing I get from  painting is to stimulate an idea or emotion in others. An image begins with an idea a feeling, an experience. Then it finds its way to my canvas, board or paper depending on my preference. I like to use oil but recently I have used two, three sometimes four different mediums on a specific painting mixing watercolor with oils or inks. The results can be very nice.My main objective with an art piece is to create a thousand stories within a painting and to stir emotions in the viewer. I collaborated with Robert Ballagh on a piece which sold in the RHA he is an inspiration to me along with George Bellows and Leonardo da Vinci.
