About Vladimir Verejnikov
Biography
I was born in Southern Russia in 1950 .From 1969-1971 served in the army and independently studied fine art. In 1978 entered the Moscow Higher school of Industrial Art(B.Stroganov) after 3 years i have transferred to the Moscow Poligraphic Institute and graduated as the graphic artist. I have been working in the publishing house in Stavropol (southern Russia) where i was participating in the exibitions of contemporary painting. I was constantly involved in the design of interior, advertising and engaged in easel painting and graphics.I was also a product chief designer in the very big company called OM for more than 5 years, i am also the author of more than 30 brands of the company OM. Recently the main area of my time was focusing on teaching at the School Of Design in Pyatigorsk and on productive collaboration with the various galleries in Southern Russia. My works are in the private collections in Russia, Europe and USA. I have just moved to Southern California to stay and getting my inspirations from the beautiful landscapes of the wine countries, La Joilla and San diego.
