Born in 1948 at Wadala, Mumbai. My elder brother, Mr Vasant Bhoeer, was always supportive and inspiring when he noticed my keen interest in drawing since childhood. The family condition although never allowed for me to undertake professional education. Once while sketching under a bench, I got noticed and was recommended to Mr. Govind Tari who used to work with an Art Agency. Within a few months Mr Tari got me enrolled in Sir JJ School of Applied Arts, Mumbai.
College journey was a challenge especially for me with my minuscule english language background. Mr Vinay Chandorkar turned out to be my guarding angel and eventually I topped all three years in college.
Final year Gold medal (1970-1971) was a boost to my career.
I started working with Ulka Advertizing as a Visualizer/Illustrator and free-lancing for Lintas, Enterprizes Agency, Pratibha Ad agency. Another major shift to my career happened when I met Mr David Solomon who inspired me to launch my own Advertising Agency SARV ARTS in 1982. Through the years, along with my team of photographer Mr. Anil Dave and Copy Writer Mrs. Sumana Chandavarkar, were designing Annual Reports, Logo designs, Calendar designs for HDFC, IDFC, Bharat Bijlee, Nerolac, Ceat, Delta Group, Adani Group and multiple other companies.
