Veronica is a talented and creative artist, her skills are clearly reflected in the beautiful painting which I have just purchased. The artwork arrived within a few days of placing the order. The painting is beautiful. However, I paid customs fees, even though the seller assured me there wouldn’t be any. Said customs fees were not credited back to me, so the promise that there would be no extra fees was not honoured. Lovely painting, but I was hoping for a more professional interaction.
