Beautiful picture - stunning painting. Slightly smaller than anticipated but that would be my fault as I am not good with measurements. - but the picture is beautiful. Only criticism is that I had to pay an additional £57.00 input tax which no one had mentioned. Lisa

It's great to read that you found the painting beautiful! It's a pitty that the painting seems to you to be a bit smaller than you anticipated, but I can assure you for the accuracy of the dimensions of the listing. This is something you can check very easily by measuring the painting you have in your house and then comparing it with the listing. It is hard, almost impossible, to know the duties that the customs of each country charges and extremely difficult to list this here, but I am sorry for this. Anyway, the important thing is that you find the painting beautiful. I hope you enjoy the most of it. Best, Vanessa

Great Painting! Vanessa worked from a small photograph but produced a masterpiece of artwork. Before she began she requested details of the style and background colour and produced four water colour paintings to allow me to choose the best style. Vanessa also referred to some of her completed works to see which style would suit the commission best. When a style of painting was decided she advised on the best size and shape of the canvas, requesting details and advising which would be best for the finished painting. The result was this superb oil painting fully varnished and ready to hang. It is for a surprise 60th birthday present for my wife but she has not seen it yet. Our daughter who is also in the picture is absolutely delighted with the painting and assures me her mother will be too. Thank you Vanessa for; The terrific painting the way you seemed to picture their characters onto the canvas they way you added movement with additional splashes of colour Your proffessionalism Your attention to detail before you began the painting and in the final oil painting to ensure it was perfect. for making minor changes to the photograph as requested. For working on it straight away so we could have it for my wife's birthday. But most of all for using your talent to produce a work of art we will enjoy for life. Thank you.
