About Valerie Reffold

I Have painted and drawn since I was a child.   I adore colours and feel the need to record things that I have seen, animals, particularly horses, also people, trees, flowers and anything that catches my eye and brings joy to my heart.   I have worked hard to achieve my technique and hope you will enjoy my work as much as I have enjoyed creating it for you.

I qualified as an exhibition and museum designer artist many years ago and worked as a designer and curator for a time in a museum.  I continue to paint, because that is part of who I am.   I live in the beautiful area of East Yorkshire, England and the landscape here is partially, the inspiration I draw from.

I am willing to ship artwork abroad, but sizes and prices vary, so please contact me and I will get a price and time for shipping and we can reach an agreement together.
