Tatiana was amazing! She was shipping from Russia to the US, so she packaged the painting really carefully and kept me updated about when to expect the painting throughout the process. It's even more beautiful in person, and she was nice enough to include an additional painting for free! She provided a certificate of originality and a hand-written thank you note. The care and love she puts into her paintings clearly does not stop with the last stroke. Great experience, thrilled with the painting, that blue is so beautiful.
