About Tim Muddiman

British artist and musician, Tim Muddiman, paints cinematic portraits of female, male and androgynous individuals frozen in time.  Tim’s visual art draws purpose from a deep interest in photography, film and the obscurity of just being alive. "I want my work to be an important part of a really interesting story, but want the viewer to be the real storyteller."

Tim began creating a large body of geometric and architectural paintings in 2019 with worldwide sales well into the hundreds. Over the last 12 months, his work has moved from using acrylic paint on canvas to oil paint on linen. Tim is showing new work at Saatchi Arts, The Other Art Fair in 2024

After some time out from a long career solely as a musician and member of Gary Numan’s and Pop Will Eat Itself's band, new writing has begun for a new solo album with the working title of, 'A Moment of Recognition for The Soul'.
