About Gustaf Tidholm

I am a modern, open-minded and exciting artist. With my artworks, I strive to confirm the human instinctive need for balance and harmony. I paint to create pleasant atmospheres in a room, light a spark of faith in the future and to highlight the beautiful, fine and wonderful in life. My style is abstract expressionistic, spontaneous and lively. Atmospheric colors and energetic brush strokes are also combined with a welcoming calm. The goal is that you as a viewer should be able to land and reflect in my works and feel supported and at home. Abstract expressions and color combinations go hand in hand with minimalist single-coloured compositions. - The fantastic thing about abstract painting is that it invites the viewer to an independent interpretation of what the artwork is about. A democratic process and communication between the artist, the painting and the viewer where there are no right or wrong, and therefore I am driven by the possibility of a kind of silent dialogue with those who appreciate my paintings which here is the immediate mediator through the expression itself. The paintings are sold worldwide. I have been written about in both Swedish and international magazines, had my own solo exhibitions and have done interior design collaborations in LA. through Artfinder I naturally wish to reach an even wider target group and present my works to Artfinder's audience and your customers so that my paintings have the opportunity to find their home.
