I had a problem with the unconventional packaging of the artwork. It was shipped in a tube with a wax seal on one end. I had trouble extricating the art from the tube. There were layers of tape and papers around the artwork. The art itself was sticking out of one end of the tube. As I was removing the tape and layers of paper I thought that I was working with another layer of wrapping but, unfortunately, it was the artwork itself. I accidentally tore the artwork. It can still be matted and framed to hide the tear; but the damage is done. I wish that it had been flat-packed.

He answered my questions about delivery quickly and the work arrived in great shape, beautifully wrapped. I will have to unscroll when I take it in to be framed next week - look forward to seeing the actual drawing. Overall a wonderful experience with Artfinder - I will come here again next time I am looking for a gift.

Lovely original charcoal print. Would have preferred some bare edge to it though as it means some of the drawing will be lost when mounted and framed.

The charcoal drawing wasn't sealed. There was a considerable amount of transfer during packaging, shipping, unpacking. While the transfer outside of the subject is disappointing, the image itself is spectacular.

Hello Will, Thanks very much for your review. I did use charcoal fixing spray every time I finish a piece. But might not be enough amount on this particular piece, I do apologize.
