Biography
I am a watercolor artist deeply inspired by the beauty and uniqueness of nature. The landscapes, flowers, animals, water, and mountains I encounter during my journeys form the heart of my artistic expression.
My art is a reflection of personal experiences, emotions, and memories—each piece telling a story from my life, whether it’s the happiness of childhood, the calm of a salty breeze, or the serenity of a distant landscape. My goal is to connect with viewers, evoking similar feelings and memories through my work. The creation of my art is driven by an inner urge to share my emotions and experiences with the world.
Watercolor, my chosen medium, allows for a unique partnership between the artist and the paint, where control is shared, and the unexpected often leads to the most beautiful results. I am captivated by its transparency, smooth shapes, and vibrant colors, which enable me to create works that are both realistic and impressionistic, offering a window into my soul and the beauty I see in the world.
I began seriously pursuing art about eight years ago when I discovered watercolor. However, my love for art and the desire to express myself through painting have been with me since childhood. Over the years, I have dedicated myself to mastering watercolor, learning through online courses, workshops, and continuous practice. This passion has driven me to explore the fine details of nature and landscapes, with a preferred artwork size of 38 x 56 cm, which offers a perfect balance between detail and fluidity.
I am currently based in the Czech Republic, a country that has provided me with endless inspiration. The diverse landscapes, rich history, and vibrant culture here have become central themes in many of my works. My deep connection to this place is reflected in a dedicated series of artworks capturing its unique charm. Since 2018, I have had the opportunity to share my work through six personal exhibitions and participation in over ten international watercolor exhibitions, including the prestigious Fabriano Festival. These experiences have allowed me to connect with fellow artists and art enthusiasts worldwide.
