I am a self taught printmaker having moved from a background of oil and acrylic painting to lino carving in 2019. My most recent work also explores the medium of paint carving, where images are carved into multiple layers of acrylic paint. I am most inspired by nature with a particular affinity for animals but a growing interest in landscape. My work is predominantly representational in nature with a nod towards impressionism.
