Welcome to My Artistic World
Hello there! I'm thrilled to have you stop by my little corner of the art world. I'm an artist and printmaker with a deep passion for capturing the beauty of animals and the natural environment. My work is heavily inspired by the textures and contrasts found in nature, which I find endlessly fascinating.
The Art of Simplicity and Color
While I adore the minimalism that a limited palette provides and often enjoy creating intricate black and white lino prints, I also delight in the vibrancy of multi-color reduction prints. These pieces allow me to explore the dynamic spectrum of colors found in nature, adding a lively touch to my collection.
Beyond Traditional Prints
Beyond printmaking, I have ventured into the unique world of paint carving. This meticulous process involves carving images into up to 90 layers of acrylic paint. It's a labor of love and patience, often taking months to complete, but the results are truly one-of-a-kind.
A Community-Bound Artist
I'm also proud to be an art gallery owner and an active member of an artists' co-operative in our charming small rural town. Being part of a creative community is incredibly rewarding, as it allows me to share my passion and collaborate with fellow artists.
