'Foremothers in blue' is as depicted with strong, vibrant colour but it is also enigmatic, almost surreal and draws you in. I feel that I can see different expressions and emotions on their faces in different lights. The delivery was super fast with good packaging and communication. Thank you so much Sylvia.

I have been looking to buy a painting by Sylvia Batycka for a while now (pipped at the post once!). I have been very impressed by a strange, sometimes disquieting, quality she conveys in her work, and how the mood of her subjects seems frequently ambiguous, mysterious, elusive but compelling. (...) is beautiful and fascinating. I am curious about what the subject is thinking and feeling... Great stuff. Delivery prompt and efficient.

Sylvia’s ‘Twisted Nude VI’ is every bit as beautiful and more, as it was on my computer screen. Pencil lines are delicate, and the image is strong and powerful. A combination not easily created. I love this drawing and I know it will bring me pleasure for many years.

Sometimes a picture speaks to you, and if you are lucky enough, it will find its way to your wall. It is interesting that I don't think of it as "Lost," despite its title, and I shared my thoughts with the artist.
