About Suzanne Porter
Biography
Having qualified as a sociologist, I set out to explore the world... My journey started in Morocco, opening the doors to Africa, a continent I’m still discovering after 10 years of photographing for humanitarian organisations such as WaterAid, CARE and Medecins sans Frontieres and numerous travel publications, newspapers and magazines… It’s the people that drive me and photography the tool that I use to communicate their strength back to the world…I hope it’s the dignity of these people that comes through in my work…
