My print arrived a bit bent, but was fine after pressing it for a week. I really like the personalized note sent with the package - very sweet.

Hello, I'm so sorry to hear that the print arrived with you slightly bent, but very relieved to hear it was rectified. Thank you for letting me know as this is something I will need to follow up with Royal Mail as the postage you pay has insurance and means they should treat the package like porcelian. If the print is heavily damaged I am 100% more than happy to send you a new one. All the very best, Susan

The screen print is joyful. I really like this artist work, I am not usually a fan of animal or natural art but this artist has a really great style that it has completely won me over. The packaging was very robust and the print arrived in perfect condition, it did take a little longer to arrive than I would have expected coming from within the uk. Lovely piece.
