Vibrant, unique and original paintings available in store now or by commission. All paintings are unique and original handmade pieces of art that are created using high grade professional quality materials. The majority of paintings are created using acrylic paints with both brush and palette knives to create texture of varying degrees. I do not often strive to produce paintings that are of a photographic nature but instead work to combine a realistic and beautiful piece of work with something of an abstract and contemporary nature: for me this combines the best of the subject and the sheer joy that a unique piece of artwork can give. In order to create and supply art work of the highest calibre I use high grade artist quality paints, papers and canvases (predominantly Winsor & Newton). When working with acrylic on canvas colour and texture is all important to me. My style unites a vibrant lucidity with fine detail; this is what most excites me when I am creating.
