This is the first photograph I’ve ever purchased and I am so pleased with it! It’s an excellent addition to my art collection. It arrived quickly, safely wrapped in a beautiful packaging. I can’t wait to find a special place for it in my new home. Thank you Stephen Beer x

First, I really like the painting a lot. My issues are elsewhere. The packing tube arrived a bit dented on one side. Fortunately, damage to the painting was minimal, and should largely be corrected by the mat mounting . Still, I wish a more sturdy tube had been used for shipping. Last, since the painting is signed on the back, Mr. Beer's signature will be lost when the painting is mounted. This is the second time I've encountered this problem with an Artfinder artist. Artfinder, why not advise your painter associates to sign their work on the front, on the surface of the painting itself?

I'm glad you like the painting a lot Chris, but please accept my apologies for the packaging. I have previously sent paper based works in tubes without issue but, based on your experience, I am now looking at sturdier tubes or possibly reinforced flat packing in the future. I am sorry this has happened to your piece. Regarding my signature being on the back, this stems from my Geometric paintings, where early buyers commented that signing the front would disrupt the precision of the paintings, however, having purchased a work from an Artfinder artist recently which is also signed on the back only, I agree with your comment, and I now sign my new works on the front and back. Thank you for your useful comments which have helped me to reassess my process and improve the service I offer.
