This was a silky smooth transaction, pretty much as soon as I'd placed the order I got a message asking for my preference as to whether I wanted a stand or to hang the piece. I then received notification of despatch and a concerned follow up message a couple of days after to confirm delivery. Packaging was excellent, strong cardboard and bubble wrap with fragile labelling. The actual piece is gorgeous and is clearly quality and made with care. I bought it as a present for my partner and she cannot stop admiring it, we both love it.

This is my second piece from Shaun....and I’m as delighted with this one as I was my first piece. Parcels arrive packaged excellently....even the courier driver mentioned how good the parcel was.... Now, just to save up for the next purchase 😏

Great piece, however the one photographed wasn't the one for sale. Saying that, when I indicated that I preferred the one in the photograph on the site, a few adjustments were made at no extra cost and I was more than happy with the outcome. The piece is now hanging in my home and I absolutely love it. I would definitely buy from Shaun again.
