I can’t review as despite delivery expected by 1 December, the tracking number for the package doesn’t register with Royal Mail so expect its lost somewhere in transit. We have had Mail strikes in England recently so I’m hoping it’s this that has caused the delay rather than the post delivering to a wrong address and a less than honest person accepting it. I’ll wait patiently and hope it’s just postal delays up to Christmas

There was a small issue with one of the watercolours, but Sergey couldn't have been more helpful and speedy in rectifying the problem. I am delighted with my two pictures, they both have pride of place on separate walls complimenting each other. I would certainly be more than happy to buy more from the artist again as his work is first class, his packaging is immaculate and he has been a very polite person to do business with. The charcoal drawing I bought from Sergey is simply exquisite! He was very open-minded and we agreed on a great deal that was much appreciated. He was very responsive, and his packaging was foolproof! Fantastic all around - thanks a lot Sergey! Excited to have this framed soon.
