  • 2025 residency at Burgundy wine domaines

    Throughout 2025 I will going to a select group of Burgundian wine domaines, to create a body of work in charcoal that will focus on the human side of wine production. This is done with the kind collaboration of the domaines and the Cité des Climats et des Vins de Bourgogne in Beaune. It is a year of artistic research too, and will involve many experiments before a final a final selection for a 2-month exhibition and a book on the drawings in 2026. This short video represents my current state and process in the project - taking lots of photos to build an inspiration library for myself.
