About Sara Kern Gaćeša

The desire to create something new has existed since I became aware of my existence. I get the motivation to produce from various external stimuli, situations, beings, and things, but the scenes from nature are my greatest inspiration.
Generally, I admire every field of art, from the earliest known history till now, and I can't easily say which has influenced me more.
I could separate some of my favorite visual artists; Georgia O'Keeffe, Van Gogh, Lautrec, Chris Ofili, Hilma Af Klimt, Gauguin, Lois Dodd, Valloton, Franz Marc, Boris Bucan etc.

In my painting I use high-quality materials and in the process of creating my photographs, collages, sketches, imagination, and intuition.
