In this short wet on wet watercolour demonstration for my YouTube and instagram etc I demonstrate my brushwork, colour mixing and my flower patterns. My latest art demo beachscape in watercolour

I am using a Chinese brush and using light touches on the damp watercolour paper to create the speckles on the beach. I love using Chinese brushes and have used them a lot for my original watercolour paintings. This is nearly completed my beachscape and inspiration of Studland beach on the Dorset coast. It’s where I have been so many times and it’s one of my favourite sandy beaches, plus it was very special that day. I walked my new adopted little doggy called Buster Mac on this beach all the way to the end of Studland peninsular taking in the sand dunes, tide drifting in and dramatic sky.
