The photo is great and communication with the seller has been good. However it was sent with Royal Mail so took a week to get here which was too late for the birthday. It might be a good idea to use a more reliable service next time.

Thanks for the kind words about the image, i am though limited with the suppliers that actually exist out there. I tend to avoid the Hermes/courier type due to their handling of parcels that are dependent on care, consequently this leaves only Royal Mail effectively. I then deliberately choose the 1st class signed for and tracked service as this always has offered some degree of reliability of service and care in the past, and is essentially their highest level of postage. However Royal Mail it seems since March don't automatically get a signature on delivery, and the tracking number gave no information. The parcel was addressed correctly too. Apologies once again but I'm not sure that a 100% fail safe, reliable and financially realistic postage service exists.
