The item aged markedly since this picture and looked very different when I received it. I didn't buy his excuse for for the difference.

Raku 65, Had been in the studio for several years and was always a favorite. I talked to the buyer and mentioned that works with a copper matte glaze to age and fade somewhat. I don’t use that glaze any longer accept when re-firing older works. I suppose it is my fault for not updating the image sooner. The buyer did return the work but, upon unpacking the piece I found that the cover was broken due to poor packing, making the piece useless.

The urn I purchased from Ron is absolutely beautiful and his talent is truly remarkable. Not only was the piece as he described but his service was exceptional. The piece was shipped on time and was packed very well. If you review his bio, you will see a true professional. I give Ron 10 stars.
