Prompt, responsive and of course I love the artwork. Rokas happily did not trim the canvas after taking it off the stretcher so it can be rehung without a frame which I prefer. Very happy withall

When stuff is imported to UK customs hold it up and snail mail a letter to the receiver. If the mail doesn’t arrive or one is not at the physical location of the mailbox it is impossible to know anything is waiting for a response. This is not the fault of the sender. However, I have ordered things from a couple of vendors in Germany and Italy where they took care of the customs issue in advance. Maybe artfinder could coach artists on how to do this?
