  • Biography
    Since 2005 he is actively engaged in acrylic pictorial art, organizes exhibitions, participates in painting plenaries. He has also arranged more than ten solo exhibitions. Rokas Berziunas is quite young, but already recognized artist; his successful exhibitions keep attracting attention of art collectors. Artist's works are abstract - but this abstractionism allows us to penetrate into much more coded meanings. He, as Stalker, leads us into a mysterious world, speaking entity of the earth and the universe. In 2014 became a member of Lithuanian Artists' Association. In 2015-2017 lived and created in Spain.

    Event: Art Fair "ArtVilnius'20"

    Venue: LITEXPO Exhibition & Congress Center, Vilnius, Lithuania

    The 11th edition of the art fair ArtVilnius hosted 37 galleries, 150 artists from 9 countries.

    The international contemporary art fair featured private international art collections, an exhibition of installations, sculptures, and performances “Takas”, meetings with art stars, discussions and conferences. An extensive photography program was presented at the fair. In the special ArtVilnius’20 project area, projects were presented by the Museum of Contemporary Art in Krakow MOCAK, the Lewben Art Foundation, the Contemporary Art Center, and the Jonas Mekas Visual Arts Center.

    ARTVILNIUS’19 – 10th Jubilee Edition

    In the jubilee edition of ArtVilnius participated 65 galleries, 300 artists from 20 countries. The 10th edition ArtVilnius’19 offered a unique opportunity to experience contemporary French art. For the first time in Lithuania’s history, Vilnius welcomed 11 French galleries and a score of French artists.

    The 9th international contemporary art fair ArtVilnius’18 included 55 galleries and 250 artists from some 20 countries. With Focus-Baltic its main theme, the event attracted particularly many participants from Latvia and Estonia.

    Over the four days of the event, 22,800 visitors came to see the art on display at the Litexpo exhibitions and congress center and purchased artworks for EUR 350,000, although added to the final tally should be all the deals to be concluded after the fair.

They continues with the tradition of showing the work of emerging and established artists in all disciplines, including painting, sculpture, photography, video, printmaking, architecture, jewellery, performance audiovisual and all new media used in contemporary art actually.
