About Robin Ross

I enjoyed 35 years on the radio as a presenter and programmer, but with a life long passion for screen printing I decided to pursue my passion & 7 years later am on  on a journey. My images are taken from just about everywhere with influences Jasper Johns, Warhol, Blake in arts. Personally and from reading and meeting Jack Kerouac, Robbie Robertson and the artists of San Francisco: Rick Griffin, Rtwerk and Kelly and Mouse. A few months ago 1 was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and four weeks later went on a life changing visit to Cuba where I met and printed with Cuban artists. My prints combine colours from the source, images from the camera and the sketch book and a mission to make each one better than the previous one
