Biography
Hi there! My name is Richard Eijkenbroek and I’m a self taught artist born in The Netherlands.
I enjoy creating artworks with soft pastels or watercolors. I’m inspired by the beautiful nature and pure vibrant colors. So most of the works here will be landscapes, seascapes or small animals, like cute little birds. The thing that inspires me most is the magic that happens when you start with a blank canvas and that with every stroke a new world is being created step by step.
Besides making my hands dirty with soft pastels or paint, I also fancy the digital art technique where I’ve created a few lovely book covers for USA Today Bestselling Author Alison Golden.
