About Reimaennchen - Christian Reimann

  • Biography
Art is Life. Art is Recreation. Art is Love.
Born in southern Germany in 1975 into an art-interested family I grew up getting to know loads of pieces of art. Quite early I also enjoyed creating art myself. During my studies as civil engineer I also took courses in sketching nudes and, of course, always did fast sketches of architectural sites. In 2010 I did move to a house in Bremen close to the old harbour areas and was looking for a technique to transfer the pictures I had before my eyes and in my mind every day. I tried different techniques and was glad with the results of linoprinting. That became kind of passion - creating unique pieces of art in series.
