Biography
I do watercolours and pen and ink sketches .I've developed a loose impressionistic style over time and prefer to do quick spontaneous pictures rather than long drawn out ones.
My favourite subjects are street scenes, landscapes and coastal scenes as well as flowers which are a great subject for watercolour.
I use a 'limited palette' of about 6 colours in total with no white , instead saving the white of the paper where necessary , though I occasionally experiment with white gouache for highlights. But I prefer the results of the former method.
