About Raif Kızıl

He was born on September 30, 1988, in London. He completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Güzelyurt, Cyprus. In 2011, he completed his undergraduate program at Near East University, Faculty of Fine Arts and Design, Department of Graphics. He worked in different agencies after graduation. He has participated in national and international group exhibitions. He completed his master's degree in Graphics at the University of East London in 2013. He won the “Young Painters” Competition in 2016 and represented North Cyprus at the 19th Türksoy Painters Meeting held in the same year. He completed his doctorate in Art and Design at Near East University in 2021 by doing research and studies in the field of "Motion Graphic Design", which is his specialty. Raif, who started his academic life in 2014 at Near East University, Faculty of Fine Arts and Design, Graphic Design Department, continues his studies here. Raif, who teaches in the field of graphics at the university, also produces works of art on behalf of the Cyprus Museum of Modern Arts and continues to participate in national/international exhibitions.
