I received the artwork in very good shape with neatly wrapped box and surprisingly had it in a nice frame ready to be hanged.

Seller packed the package very nicely, unfortunately a corner of the frame was badly damaged but I understand that wasn't the sellers fault and am okay to replace frame myself as I wasn't expecting a frame in the first place and it was a nice surprise. Maybe some card board on the corners could have prevented the damage, but otherwise completely happy :)

Raffaella has been a pleasure to communicate with from the start. She ensured her painting was securely packaged and travelled safely across half the world where it arrived immaculate and she was concerned to know it had arrived and was safe with me. Her artwork is glorious and her skill amazing. Her composition, detail and colour are truly beautiful and the photos online hardly do the delicacy of her work justice. I have her magnolia on the wall in front of me as I write and it is lovely. Thank you so much Raffaella for your skill and for this beautiful piece of art, which I will treasure. I recommend Raffaella and her work wholeheartedly.

I have not seen such a fine protraiture of an animal like the one I acquired from Miss Piccotti. I received the work packaged with excellent care. I could not be happier with this piece. She is the real deal! And I will encourage anyone to look at her offerings and enjoy them as I. Ken Y.
