This was my first experience with commissioning an artist. Combined with how important the project was for me, to memorialize my daughter, who tragically passed away this time last year, I spent a great deal of effort reviewing potential artists to contact. The project was to produce a realistic portrait of my daughter sitting in a memorial garden we have created for her. Eventually I was drawn to Qi Debrah and her work. I could not have made a better choice and was lucky to find her. From the beginning, she was extremely compassionate and considerate of my wishes. She led me through the process, made excellent suggestions for my consideration, kept me continually informed, and presented me with regular process updates to review and approve. She readily took on any new requests that I had. The finished project was better than I had ever envisioned when I came up with this idea. Qi has produced a true artwork which will be treasured by my family forever.

The painting is striking and beautiful. The warm and cool tones balance gracefully. I love the gleefulness and joy in the children's face. Ql has masterfully captured happiness on canvas. I'm looking forward to prominently display my new artwork. Thank you!

I was looking for someone to replicate a family painting of my grandfather, and I found Qi on Artfinder by looking for an artist who painted in a similar style to the existing painting. Qi was very easy to work with throughout the process, and the painting turned out beautiful! We agreed on the scope and timeline, and communication was easy. Qi sent a photo of the painting when it was nearly complete and worked with us on some minor modifications before finalizing the artwork. The painting was a birthday gift for my dad, and he was very happy to receive it. I highly recommend working with Qi on a commission.

Highly recommend Qi Debrah! Her work is incredible! She communicated every step of the way and even sent me her work in progress. Qi Debrah checked with me to ask if anything about the painting needed changing before she sent it and it was PERFECT!

My cat passed away and I wanted to have his picture painted. Qi Debrah did a beautiful job capturing my cat Moo. I loved it so much I commissioned another of my cat Milo that also passed a year ago. Beautiful work!!!
