I am an avid collector of miniature oils and had two favourite artists. I know have three favourite artists! These are little masterpieces. The grey skies are just delightful with the trees adding just that splash of colour that makes you look closer at the detail - brilliantly painted. What a talent he is. Two of the paintings were specifically purchased as gifts but sadly only one is being handed over as I can’t bear to part with them. I can see these being the start of another collection. There was a slight delay in the expected delivery date due to the unprecedented situation with Covid. The delay was anticipated and totally beyond Pip’s control but nonetheless he was liaising with me throughout the slight delay, and was ready to take up the discussions with Royal Mail. Thankfully the paintings arrived safe and sound. I will definitely be returning for some more - maybe a triptych or two.

Hi Vanessa. Thanks so much for your purchase and your review. These little paintings do look nice in a frame with a mount. I get frames from https://www.picframes.co.uk/ Just enter the size of the picture, choose the frame moulding and add a mount (you will need a mount as they can't make frames small enough without!). Best without glass for oil paintings though. These minis also look nice sitting on a mini easel too. A local gallery that sells some of my work uses little black easels, which show the painting off nicely. Hope that helps. Kindest regards, Pip.
