About Pille Aro

My name is Pille. I’m an artist both at heart and by trade. In my work, I’ve always been driven by Freedom - freedom to connect with the creative force of life and to share it with others. Freedom too, to fully commit to creating, to let my creativity fly and to recognise the right moment for new experience. I believe there is a time and space for everything and I’m driven by the thought of being there, ready for when that right moment comes. And then devote myself to it fully.. to dive in deep. When I was younger, my now most beloved artform - photography, came to me as subliminal imagery and forms. Appearing in my mind’s eye, they were met with an inexplicably strong desire to be shared with the world. This inner world of hidden fantasy has accompanied me ever since and over the years, I’ve begun to trust it more and more, learning to be guided and inspired by its inner makings. Just as with photography, it was this inner world that brought me to creating Mandalas. As visions they appeared and I knew that the time had come for them to materialise through my hands. My Living Patterns are born with love, care and complete commitment. I hope they are as big of an inspiration to you, the viewer, as I am filled with imagination and wonder, creating them.
